The work employs the method of recombining readymades, exploring the potential for micro-resistance through the deconstruction and reconstruction of everyday objects. The small sculptures in the work, in a manner characterized by humor and improvisation, blur the boundaries between an object's functionality and symbolic meaning, thereby imbuing them with new narratives and significance. The title "Dumb" (笨, Stupid/Clumsy) reflects a critique of efficiency and utilitarian logic, shifting focus instead to the inherent properties of the materials and perceptual experience. This attempts to counteract the contemporary overflow of information and material excess, granting objects a new affective space.
